GABA, manufactures high-quality, medical dental care products (elmex®, aronal®, meridol®).

Task

We were commissioned to create a complete acoustic brand design including a dramaturgical staging for the premium product meridol® on a TV spot that had been in existence for years. It was important to communicate the product values and brand promises as well as the premium claim implicitly and intensively. A complicating factor was that the same switching volume of the previous year was distributed over 3 instead of 2 products. At the same time, all spots worked with the same visual mechanics.

Result

So we had the same image and the same number of spots – but a completely new sound including a new Brand Voice. The result was a 20% increase in sales of meridol® products compared to the previous year.

To further strengthen our meridol® brand, we wanted to complement our previous visual approach with acoustic branding. […] With the help of acoustic branding, we were able to sustainably strengthen our meridol® brand. In a stagnating market environment, we have increased our market share and sales.
