Task
Together and in close teamwork of marketing and management, we developed a strong main theme (brand theme) as a base in an intensive process, which charges InsureDirect24 emotionally and makes it tangible. The acoustic brand core bundles the values of simplicity, modernism and integrity and symbolizes the brand promise of trust at eye level and the feeling of being in good hands. The acoustic brand theme forms the basis for all future acoustic brand communication measures.
Result
We developed a modern, simple, catchy audio logo, which completes the memorability in combination with the visual brand world and creates brand value from the beginning on. In order to provide customers with trustworthy advice at all times, we developed a call flow structure that generates an exceptionally approachable and friendly service experience with the specially defined female corporate voice. To make the InsureDirect24 brand understandable and attractive from the start, we collaborated with the great motion design team from ES IST WINTER in Nuremberg to develop a strong campaign idea into a series of three engaging films, in which the film music accompanies the images and ties them together into a single cast. Integrity and trust are conveyed by the male brand voice profile during the films. The combination with the audio logo and the spoken claim with the female brand voice sets a strong brand anchor in terms of modern approach and simplicity. This also creates a media bridge to the on hold service environment.Task
