Wilbert Hirsch
Managing Partner
Wilbert Hirsch was born in 1961 in Hamburg. During his studies in classical guitar he started composing for advertising spots in the early 1980s. During the nineties, he took the big leap to Hollywood. His first big American movies as a composer were “Mute Witness” (1995 Columbia Tristar) and “An American Werewolf in Paris” (Walt Disney). Hirsch is Managing Partner and co-founder of the audio consulting group. He has been acclaimed as an outstanding creative talent at, among others, the Emmy Awards, Clio Awards, the New York Festival in Cannes and at the Art Directors Club Germany. His first article about strategic audio branding (published 1997), made him one of the pioneers in this field.
Alexander Rühl
Managing Partner
Alexander Rühl, M.A., Managing partner, is in charge of consulting, new business and project management. Born in South Germany, Alexander then graduated in the bachelor degree of Musicology and Musical edeucational science, which was then followed by a comprehensive stretegic Music and Media Management master degree at the Department of Journalism and Communication Research at Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media. He is one of the founding members of GMM – Society for Music Economics and Culture Research and mentor for thesis writing bachelor and master students at audio consulting group Hamburg. Besides strategical and operational tasks, his creative abilities enable him to work as a passionate musician and composer.
