We have been working with the Swiss bank since 2005. The comprehensive and holistic strategy makes this project especially illustrative of consistent and successful sonic branding. Our work has included:

  • Global market research exploring the emotional and associative aspects of the brand and how best to convey them sonically
  • Worldwide competitive review and benchmark analysis
  • Development of an acoustic branding strategy and acoustic brand signals
  • Development of an intellectual property strategy (IP)
  • Development of a multiple-channel strategy for all internal and external communication activities and the creation of an acoustic design manual
  • Supporting and supervising the worldwide implementation
  • Installation of a Quality Improvement Program (QUIP ®)
  • Training of stakeholders
