We have been working with the Swiss bank since 2005. The comprehensive and holistic strategy makes this project especially illustrative of consistent and successful sonic branding. Our work has included:
- Global market research exploring the emotional and associative aspects of the brand and how best to convey them sonically
- Worldwide competitive review and benchmark analysis
- Development of an acoustic branding strategy and acoustic brand signals
- Development of an intellectual property strategy (IP)
- Development of a multiple-channel strategy for all internal and external communication activities and the creation of an acoustic design manual
- Supporting and supervising the worldwide implementation
- Installation of a Quality Improvement Program (QUIP ®)
- Training of stakeholders
