One of the world’s leading planetariums, Planetarium Hamburg, was looking for new innovative communication channels to increase awareness and brand loyality. 

After a detailed analysis of the brand, we developed an acoustic identity.  In addition to implementing the identity in the telephone system, internet, and corporate events, we also developed a podcast concept. This proved to be an excellent tool to stay in contact with customers.

In a monthly podcast, Thomas Kraupe, Director of Planetarium Hamburg, explains the actual starry night, offering guidance for amateur stargazers. Within just weeks, this became one of Germany’s most successful podcasts, with several thousand downloads each month.
